Honora Dudley had the name before they had the room. Honorable Massage is the obvious play on their own name — but the word was picked for what it means rather than for the pun. Respect, honesty, professionalism, ethics: that’s the list Honora reads out of it, and it’s the standard every client who comes through the door is meant to get.
They’ve been licensed four years. The business is much newer — Honorable Massage opened in December 2025 — so what you’re booking is an experienced therapist in a practice they’ve only recently built the way they wanted it.
What a session draws on
Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and prenatal are the four Honora names as their own. The full list runs wider: aromatherapy, cupping, medical massage and trigger point work sit alongside them.
That range matters because of who tends to be on the table. Honora works with chronic pain, with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, with headaches and migraines, with anxiety and depression, with insomnia and sleep disorders, with scoliosis, and with scar tissue and adhesions. They work with older clients, and with clients through pregnancy and postpartum. The practice is trauma-informed.
It’s a fairly clinical list for someone whose reason for doing this isn’t clinical at all. Honora describes themselves as a natural caregiver and says touch is their love language — the training went on top of something that was already there.
