Verify your license

Enter your license number and upload a photo of the QR code on your license. We check it against the state automatically — usually in under a minute.

Add where you work — clients browse by neighborhood, so a listing without an address won't turn up in search. Then a headshot, a short bio, your modalities, your rates, and your booking link.

Common questions

I work at a spa or clinic. Can I still list?

Yes. Employed, renting a room, or independent — it makes no difference to us. What matters is that you list yourself: one listing per licensed therapist, in your name, tied to your license. We don't list spas or clinics as businesses, and an owner can't create one listing covering their whole staff. If several therapists at your practice want to be here, each signs up separately. You can name your workplace on your location so clients know where to find you.

My license is still pending. Can I sign up now?

You can, but your listing can't go public until the state shows your license as active — and you'd be paying while you wait. Better to come back once it's issued. It takes about five minutes to set up when you do.

Am I too far outside the city?

Probably not. The directory covers the metro, not the city limits: Downtown and the Strip, the East End, the East Suburbs, the North Hills and North Side, the South Hills and South Side, and out through the West Hills toward the airport. If you practice in the region and hold a PA license, there's a neighborhood page for you.

Do I need booking software?

No. If you use Booksy, Vagaro, Square Appointments, or anything else, we link clients straight to it. If you don't, your listing shows your phone number and email instead and clients reach you the way they always have.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

Never. The subscription is the whole business model. Clients contact you directly, book with you directly, and pay you directly — we don't handle the money, take a commission, or sell your enquiries on as leads.

What shows on my listing? Does my license number have to be public?

Yes — Pennsylvania requires it. 49 Pa. Code § 20.42(a)(15) puts your license number in every advertisement, and a directory listing is an advertisement, so a live listing always displays it. Everything else — photo, bio, rates, hours, phone number — is yours to fill in or leave out.

What happens if I cancel?

You cancel yourself, from Stripe's billing portal, in a couple of clicks — no email to us, no retention call. Your listing comes off the public site when the subscription ends, but your account and everything in it stays put, so resubscribing later puts you straight back up.
