He trained at the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy, 680 hours, then worked at Centre Ave Massage and Spa, a medical massage clinic, under veteran therapists. Thousands of hours with clients managing complex chronic conditions before opening his own practice in 2026.
What a session looks like
Classical Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, sports massage and Thai. Sessions happen on a table or on a Thai floor mat, depending on what the work calls for.
Twelve years of serious yoga study and breathwork training sit underneath all of it. Clients describe the technique as deep, focused, complete and profoundly calming.
Rates, and getting there
The home studio is in Regent Square, with free street parking and a short walk from the East Busway at Wilkinsburg Station, the 71C and the 61A.
Sixty minutes of spot treatment is $110, the recommended ninety-minute session is $165, and a full two hours is available for a complete session.
