Frankie runs Embodied Spirit at 2033 Murray Avenue in Squirrel Hill, eight years into practice, and holds more credentials than most therapists collect in a career: licensed massage therapist, certified manual lymphatic drainage specialist, Reiki III master practitioner, trained body image mentor, clinical hypnotherapist.
What that range means in a session is that a treatment can pull from medical and corrective technique, manual lymphatic drainage, Swedish, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, reiki and breathwork — decided after talking with you, not before.

Frankie is queer, non-binary and neurodivergent, and lives with hypermobility and chronic pain. They studied hypnotherapy, yoga teaching and life coaching at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2011, were attuned to Reiki III in 2014, and trained at the Sedona School of Massage in 2018.
