I invite clients to join me intentionally slowing down the heady activity of our lives. For 90 minutes simply allow breath, touch, and awareness to refresh and renew. My practice blends massage, reiki, breathwork, & myofascial techniques and is informed by and tailored to client needs and goals..

Sessions are 90 minutes in length at a rate of $150. Availability is limited, but I’d be delighted to hear from you via either text or email. As we schedule your appointment, I’d like to learn about your hopes and goals. And I want to answer any questions you might have.
