About Reiki massage
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice developed in the early twentieth century by Mikao Usui, based on the principle that a practitioner can channel universal life energy to support the recipient's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sessions are conducted with the client fully clothed and lying on a table; the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above specific positions on the body, with the intention of facilitating the flow of energy and supporting the body's innate capacity for balance and healing.
