About

As a massage therapist, I strive to provide a safe and nonjudgemental space for people at all intersections of life. I feel very passionate about helping my clients to come into a deeper connection with their body and higher selves. My practice is body positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, compassionate, trauma informed, and client centered. My massages are naturally a blend of Swedish, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, dynamic stretching, and reiki; I modify my techniques around your body's responses and integrate my intuition with scientific evidence. I graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2021, but my interest in working with people and their health began when I was studying herbalism at the Gaia School of Healing in 2017. This ignited my passion for facilitating healing for others.
In my practice, I love serving my queer community and providing a welcoming space for people to show up in their entirety. I work primarily with people who live with chronic pain from conditions such as (h)EDS, fibromyalgia, scoliosis. I also love to work with people throughout the stages of pregnancy and postpartum.

"Charlotte was fantastic. They really helped me feel better and was very communicative throughout the massage. Afterward they took the time to answer my questions. They have a very calming energy. I will definitely book another massage with them in the future."
— K.K.
"Honestly, Charlotte is one of the best massage therapists I've seen in my life. Often times you get someone who's technically sound but can't really respond to your body in real time, but they've got that combination of training with a feel for how to adapt based on what they're sensing as they work. Highly recommended."
— A.K.
