I build and practice integrative care across people, spaces, and experiences. Through TimeSpaceOne, I work at the intersection of bodywork, energy work, life coaching, environment and design, supporting individuals, families, and teams - both personally and in corporate settings.

My work includes:

• Doula & childbirth education
• Event planning and facilitation
• Nature-based work as a master gardener, ecotherapy & labyrinth facilitator

TimeSpaceOne is structured as a system: Care across body, energy, and environment, sliding scale access, and ongoing support through sessions and packages.
