I'm a licensed massage therapist & yoga teacher with trainings in traditional therapeutic massage (Swedish, neuromuscular, myofascial, sports), cranial sacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, bodywork for PTSD, and more.

I work out of two locations with slightly different offerings and pricing structures. My Sewickley room is located within a women-owned, eco-conscious, dog-friendly, LGBTQ+ positive, first floor salon, and offers a more traditional spa-like experience complete with seasonal offerings. It features standard pricing for services and tipping is encouraged.

My independent practice in Regent Square offers a sliding scale and centers queer bodies, trauma survivors, and touch sensitive folx of all races, genders, neurodivergences, and life experiences.

My philosophy is that you are the expert on what you feel in your body. I believe that your body is a good body. That it belongs to you and only you. And that if it doesn’t feel like home then maybe it’s time to reclaim it. Bodywork, intentional movement, and breathwork have been important tools in my own personal healing toolbox. I hope they can be of value to you too.
